ABOUT CALEB

Caleb Johnson was born and raised in Washington Court House, Ohio.  He obtained degrees in Political Science and English at The Ohio State University before attending law school at the University of Dayton in 2017.  While in law school, Caleb was actively involved in various student organizations; he was President of the Federalist Society, President of the 2nd Amendment Association, Vice President of the Republican Law Society, and a member of the Leadership Honors Program.  Caleb's studies were primarily focused on criminal and civil litigation.

After obtaining his J.D., Caleb was admitted to practice law across Ohio in 2021, where he has dedicated a majority of his time to representing people in criminal and family matters.

Outside of his time practicing law, Caleb is proud to represent his hometown as the youngest-ever elected member of the Washington Court House City Council, a role he has held since 2017.  He also serves as President of the Fayette County Bar Association.

COMMON PRACTICE AREAS

CRIMINAL DEFENSE

A criminal charge in Ohio may cause serious and long-lasting problems if not addressed quickly and effectively.  If you are caught up in the criminal justice system, you might find yourself overwhelmed by legal words and requirements that only an experienced attorney could understand.  No matter what you are charged with, Caleb Johnson can help you by representing your best interests when it matters most.

DIVORCE AND DISSOLUTION

No one plans to get divorced, but when it happens, it often causes deep emotional hardship.  To make matters worse, you might find your hard-earned money and assets threatened by complex legal processes.  If you find yourself facing divorce, you can count on Caleb Johnson to protect your rights and interests when it matters most.

JUVENILE DEFENSE

Sometimes, kids make mistakes.  But when mistakes lead to criminal charges, a child's entire future could be at risk.  Children with criminal charges on their permanent record may lose out on future career and educational opportunities, which is why it is important for parents to act quickly to protect their kids from such long-lasting consequences.  By pushing for diversion and rehabilitation programs in lieu of conviction, Caleb Johnson can help your child avoid a permanent criminal record when it matters most.
